During the past 3 years, research management experts and teachers from NOVA University of Lisbon and Corvinus University of Budapest, engaged in the foRMAtion project, have developed a unique curriculum and teaching material implemented in a 2-semester course intended to offer real, up-to-date and marketable knowledge to students in higher education interested in the Research Management and Administration (RMA) profession.
In order to make this knowledge accessible to a wider public, including RMAs and aspiring RMAs, the lessons of this curriculum have been redesigned and adapted to the online learning environment by ISINNOVA. Gamified exercises and videos recorded by project partners have been added by SPI to support self-development via foRMAtion’s online learning platform.
