Once you’ve completed the registration form, you’re ready to start. The test has 60 multiple-choice questions, based on the four modules in the foRMAtion online learning resources. You need to answer all of them, and score at least 48 correct answers to achieve the foRMAtion certificate. There is no time limit, and you can modify your answers before you submit them. However, please note that if you close the test halfway through, you will not be able to continue and will have to start again. The full test takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. If you don’t pass, you will be able to repeat the test.
