The final event of the project will focus on “The Future of Research Management Training in Higher Education – Insights from foRMAtion’s Teaching and Mentoring Experience to Professionalize Research Management” and will be hosted by the Liaison Office of APRE in Brussels.
We will discuss about the professionalisation of Research Management and Administration (RMA) across Europe: we will examine the European policy context as well as the innovative educational and mentorship tools elaborated and tested within the foRMAtion project. Summing up the experiences of 3 years of intensive joint work, we will present our “Guide & impact assessment for educating and training RMAs at HEIs backed by policy recommendations”
